Update by user Jan 03, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was able to resolve my issue satisfactorily after finally reaching a Arlo Specialist at their main office. She was very helpful and was able to resolve my issue within a couple of days.. Original review posted by user Dec 04, 2020 Long story short. I purchased my ARLzo at Office depot online. Received defective cameras. Would not work either less. Technical support office call in number and chat 3 hour wait to get to anyone. After another hour or so of texting I asked to return snd demanded...
