Update by user Jan 27, 2018 After posting this review, the owner of the company contacted me via email and promised to look into the problem. She followed up the next day with an acknowledgment that the product failed and a refund would be made. They refunded the purchase price of the equipment and shipping and taxes. She also apologized for the previous failure to return calls and followup. They have discontinued sales of that particular product. Original review posted by user Jan 24, 2018 Purchased a Permanent Magnet Generator. The product was billed on website as made in America. Came to me in a box labeled 'Made in Vietnam". Did not produce the power they claimed it would. Burned itself up in only ten minutes of operation at less than 10% of it's supposed capacity. Returned to the company at my expense. They acknowledge receiving the unit but have been unable to get any response from any one after that. Most of the time they won't answer the phone. Their auto phone system says to leave a message for a call back but they never return the call. Will file a BBB complaint next.
