Resolved: Problems with returning an item

Update by user Sep 29, 2020 All of my issues could have been avoided had I used IMac versus IPad. Once I went on line using Mac all went smoothly. The phone contact issue is still very much lacking. Thank you for letting me vent. Original review posted by user Sep 29, 2020 I have spent the last 2 days trying to return a hat to Columbia. Sign in and follow prompts to return on their return page. Then prompts me that I didnt provide enough information. Then went to contact via phone. On line with recording informing of delays. When following suggestion to get on call back entering 1 on keypad to leave my number it went right back to the recording on wait time. Very frustrating. Maybe this tactic will increase sales and decrease returns. I dont see a pathway to returning this item.
