Update by user May 02, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Apr 02, 2021 I have used moonpig for many years but, on this occasion I am bitterly disappointed The order delivered this evening is not up to standard. This was for my sister in law 70th Birthday; The roses are normally in bud & with foliage, this time they are fully open & no foliage. I fact they look half dead I sent the same roses just over a week ago & they were lovely.
