Update by user Sep 26, 2018 Meador resolved the issue and made everything right. Original review posted by user Sep 19, 2018 We were lied to! Told our new truck was detailed waited 2 hours and they gave it back to us as if we were dumb enough to believe it was even sprayed with a hose. We have left multiple messages and no return calls from management. We bought step rails and 3 weeks later no one knows anything. The internet manager was supposed to get us a picture of the step rails and call back. GUESS what no picture or calls. DO NOT BUY from Meador once the contract is signed they will never contact you again or return calls. They cater to the first time and only time buyer, not repeated business.
