Resolved: Payed twice for the same software.
Update by user Oct 17, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Company gave me an additional year on my license.. Original review posted by user Oct 17, 2020 Issue has been resolved. Company offered to extend the license for an additional year which I agreed to. User's recommendation: Make sure you don't pay twice for the same software.
