Update by user Sep 15, 2020 Wanted to make complaint in hopes that Parsons' Braum's would get in gear and start making sure the orders they send out the drive through window are correct.. Original review posted by user Sep 15, 2020 Ordered through the drive through in Parsons, KS: Ordered Diet Pepsi and a 1/3 cheeseburger - tomato and lettuce ONLY, no sauce, no mayo, no onions, no pickle. Received Root Beer, and a COOL (as in NOT even warm) cheeseburger that was slathered with mayo, had lots of pickle and onion, along with my tomato and lettuce. Apparently, these items had been errors and I felt the employees thought they could pawn them off on a customer going through the drive through that wouldn't notice until they were too far away to complain. This is not the first time this has happened. We keep hoping Braum's will get better, but it sure doesn't look like it, as far as the meals go. They DO have good ice cream products, though - I will say that for them. User's recommendation: If you want a good hamburger/cheeseburger, do not go to Braum's.
