Resolved: Paid for subscription – have not received it

Update by user Feb 04, 2020 They were bombarded with subscriptions for the Rush podcast and then had a glitch that kept people from being able to log in and create an account. They were getting to people as fast as they could. I would suggest they inform people about the glitch sooner rather than waiting until they talked to each person separately. I have now been enjoying the podcast every day. Original review posted by user Jan 10, 2020 I have paid for a subscription but never received a confirmation email. I have been trying to contact someone all week, at least eight or nine times. I need help since I have paid!
