Update by user Feb 07, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Pack Rat after two letters, refunded me the additional costs incurred from them missing my appointment!. Original review posted by user Aug 12, 2020 Packrat never showed up with my pod. They never called me back to resolve, and has over 2 hour hold times. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE!!
