Update by user Feb 23, 2019 The awesome store manager, took her time to speak with me and examine the defective product. She replaced my pocketbook, was very professional and kind. I will be shopping there again soon. I was very happy. I would suggest going to the store in person, instead of talking to someone on the phone, as I did the first time. Original review posted by user Feb 19, 2019 I have been contacting Wilsons Company by email by phone call by Facebook Messenger for over 4 weeks now the emails they provide me I comes back undeliverable I cannot get 800 service to call me back. They have called one time during working hours.
