Resolved: Not getting my points promo

Update by user May 27, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. I saw that the points promotion was put into my account but I did not have anybody reach out to me.. Original review posted by user May 26, 2021 I placed my order for wings and when I picked up my order the associate failed to put my blazing rewards telephone number in the system. She said just scan the receipt and youll get your promo. This did not work and its almost a week later and I have gotten no response from the email that I sent to Buffalo wild wings or the three phone calls to the manager at the local store. My boneless wings also were in some cases tiny chunks that were less than 1 inch long. Definitely going to rethink coming back here. User's recommendation: Verify you get the promo before you walk out the door and just ask for a refund if you don’t get the promo because nobody appears to know what’s going on.
