Update by user Oct 04, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. After lengthy delay, the item ordered was received.. Original review posted by user Sep 03, 2020 My order has never been fulfilled. I have written numerous times and received no response. The " Tracking Number" appears to be non existent. User's recommendation: Be very cautious about 969mall. My experience to date would lead me declare them a fraud.
