Update by user Apr 12, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. After 2 attempts to get resolution directly from the company I turned to your service for help. Within 3 days of my pissed customer complaint the company contacted me. I received full restitution. Thank you.. Original review posted by user Mar 13, 2021 Red Lobster has no phone customer service. I followed their instructions to e mail them. I have now sent them 3 messages asking to cancel a gift card that was lost in the mail. They havent had the courtesy to respond. User's recommendation: Don’t buy their gift cards.
