Update by user Aug 19, 2018 Several weeks ago I saw a refund from Christina Cosmetics for approximately ten dollars less than the original purchase on my bank statement. I never received an email that they received the return or processed a refund. Nevertheless, the issue is resolved. Thank you. Original review posted by user Jul 20, 2018 Sadly I realized I ordered the product with the auto refill feature. Someone did call me several days after I left a voicemail message to cancel the auto feature. However I missed the call and was never contacted again after leaving a second detailed message requesting to cancel auto refill feature. I opted to return the order using the enclosed return label and a month later have received no response or refund. I have used the product in the past and liked it: I did not see negative customer service reviews until I tried to get out of auto refill feature. It looks like I have wasted $45. The product can be ordered through Amazon with none of the "Christina" bad customer service.
