Update by user Sep 27, 2019 I spoke with a different customer service person. Rebecca contacted me and said if I return the product they would give a full refund. They did minus shipping. If Nicole would have done that in the beginning they wouldn't have a bad review. Original review posted by user Sep 08, 2019 Very bad customer service....
