Resolved: No expiration pass rip-off.

1

Update by user Nov 01, 2019 As of October 28 Disney contacted me to say that they did use my no-expiration tickets out of order. They have restored my tickets balance. Thank you for your help in this matter. I will use this site again if need be in the future. Update by user Oct 20, 2019 Nothing yet Original review posted by user Oct 18, 2019 In 2015 we purchased a 6 day Park Hopper when we went to the parks. We intentionally saved our 10 day park hopper no expiration tickets for a later date, since prices always go up. We just visited a few days ago, intended to use the No expiration tickets. The first response was that they were expired because they stopped having no expiration tickets in 2016. When I pushed and explained that we paid for the no expiration, the employee checked again and told me used all of the days in 2015. When I explained that we used a different ticket in 2015, the employee said that sometimes the computer will recognize the wrong ticket on my Disney account and used my no expiration tickets instead of the park hopper. I was told there was nothing she could do about it. In other words I was ripped off thousands of dollars considering they did not use my 6 day park hopper at all and they used up the 10 day no expiration on the 6 days instead.
