Update by user Mar 02, 2018 The support staff contacted me via ticket within a day of this posting and reactivated my account. Original review posted by user Feb 28, 2018 Like many of you I had my account suspended as a result of an accusation of fraud. After an unnecessary prolonged conversation with a member of the support team--one in which the member was condescending, accusatory, and intentionally unhelpful, withholding information/failing to answer certain questions--my account was docked 500 points ($5.00 US) and "temporarily" suspended for 30 days (upon which I was assured it would be automatically reviewed) or until I wished to update my ticket upon earning an unspecified amount of points while complying with the T.o.S. I chose to wait 30 days, while remaining active on the site. This appears to have been a mistake as my account was in fact not reviewed automatically. I contacted support in an attempt to resolve the issue but as of writing this review it has been more than 48 hours since I contacted them and no response. I find this interesting considering all other correspondence from the support staff took no longer than 30 minutes. As such i am writing this review in hopes of finally initiating a dialogue, as it appears this site has had great success educing assistance from the support team. As such, to any InstaGC support staff reading this missive, I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving my issue, so that I may continue to be a worker for your site, which, frankly, I enjoy outside of certain issues, otherwise I will have no option but to resort to filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacting Mr. Day personally. Thank you.
