Update by user Apr 27, 2018 After sending them links to many of my complaints. (Different sites) They finally agreed to at least give me a credit for the full amount if I removed my posts. This process took 7 months... So I re-ordered from them (Because it was a credit and not a refund) and waiting for delivery. I will keep my end of the deal and remove or update my many posts if I receive the products as ordered. I will NEVER buy from them again...
