Update by user Jan 16, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The company apologized and resent the item which I have received.. Original review posted by user Dec 17, 2020 Ordered a diamond art kit for $39.94 on Nov. 6th. Contacted Home Craftology on Dec. 14th when tracking said it was delivered. I was given a tracking number for S F Express, contacted them only to be told it was given to USPS. S F Express gave me the USPS tracking number. I contacted the post office to find out that my order was addressed to another town in my state. Contacted Home Craftology as to how they will rectify this due to the fact they had my correct address but sent it to an erroneous address. Now I cant get an answer from them. I guess I just lost the amount I paid for the kit. DO NOT order from Home Craftology. Lesson learned. User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER from this company.
