Too late - due to COVID we could not attend the funeral of a most beloved family member and counted on AARP and 1-800-flowers to deliver my ordered funeral arrangement. Shameful service. Original review posted by user Jul 05, 2020 This company should be in the hands of the Attorney General for New York - if you want your heart broken because flowers were not delivered to your loved ones - or - if you feel the shame of ordering a funeral arrangement for a loved one only to find it was never delivered - then use this poor excuse for a floral delivery company. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading dubious reviews - no delivery and no notice - their response?? A $10.00 off coupon for future orders - as if I would have anything to do with them again. Additionally, as an AARP member, I thought this would be a sanctioned company - it is not. Don't waste your time and money - look elsewhere. N User's recommendation: ABSOLUTELY NOT!!
