Resolved: Need Help with Transfer of 2020 Passes to 2021 due to Covid

It is still way too difficult to get a live person at Six Flags to talk to about issues that don’t fall within the categories they give online and by phone. A number should be provided in plain sight online.. Original review posted by user May 06, 2021 I cannot activate nor use my 2 season passes from 2020 which we previously asked to transfer to 2021 due to Covid. We simply have an email from 6 Flags St. Louis telling us to bring the email to Guest Relations in 2021 to activate our passes. Your online reservation system doesnt allow for this. Im really upset bc your online system should allow for this. I want to speak to a real agent. Call Dotty at 314-306-****. We wanted to visit 6 Flags tomorrow at 6:30 to enjoy 6 Flags. My pass is 030100****203017****. My husband is Daniel. We both want to activate and visit the park
