Resolved: NCL Cruise Trip – NCL Promo’s not offered

Update by user Nov 30, 2018 Summing gave us our $500 deposit back. It took 3 weeks but we got it back. Original review posted by user Oct 31, 2018 We have a group of 12 that recently booked and put down our deposit on October 1, 2018. We had several conversations with them about making sure we were in a balcony room that would be qualified for the Free at Sea and they guaranteed us we would. That is the only reason we boked with them. We should have been given the Free at Sea promotion and they are telling us now that we do not get this. Our entire group is very angry and have spent countless hours emailing, calling both NCL and Sunwing Vacations. We have a group travel rep who basically is telling us they cannot do anything. We feel they have ripped us off as all other travel agents offer this to their customers when NCL have these promotions. Of course, the promotion is over today, and we haven't gotten anywhere. NCL says they cannot do anything (and we are past NCL cruisers) because we booked through a travel agent. Very disappointed in both. This was supposed to be my 50th Birthday celebration cruise.
