Update by user Nov 12, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Original review posted by user Nov 12, 2020 The bed I ordered for my dog Mac. The bed I received was large but short in length. My, Mac is not comfortable with it at all and prefer his old bed. User's recommendation: Must be specific.
