Resolved: My arrangement was NOT delivered
Update by user Mar 17, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. No Apology, explanation or future discount. Crappiest customer service ever!. Update by user Mar 17, 2021 I was reimbursed for the full amount. No apologies or explanation. I will NEVER order from Edible Arrangements again. Original review posted by user Feb 14, 2021 My order was placed on Feb 12 for delivery on Feb 14 - Valentines Day (I paid the $14.99 delivery fee) I tracked the order on Feb 14 online from 9am and it said it was out for delivery YET when it still had not been delivered by 4:30p I called the store. I was told that it went out around 3p and would be delivered soon. As of 8:12p it has not been delivered YET (again) the stays on line states it has been delivered!! The directions stated to leave it with security desk in the building. I called and spoke with them and nothing was delivered. Its freaking Valentines Day and now my loved one who is elderly and developmentally delayed has been left with nothing. Online info sucks and I dont even know if Ill get my money back User's recommendation: Don’t buy from Edible Arrangements 350 Broadway, Brooklyn.
