Original review posted by user Oct 21, 2020 An Assurance agent 10-20-2020 told me when she taken my $25 that she would apply 4gb to my Lifeline Assurance phone instead she gave me unlimited minutes That isn't what we discussed she told me she would give me 4gb of data for $20 and put the $5 in top-up in case I run out of minutes When I checked my messages from Assurance Wireless she had done everything wrong I am 80 years old and have a problem hearing and understanding your agents This morning 10-21-2020 one agent hung the phone up on me her English was very Bad? I called back and an agent named Joseph said he would rectify the discrepancy He was polite and efficient and I could understand his English Please!!! Get better English Speaking agents to talk with Assurance Customers
