Update by user Mar 31, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Refund and future credit. We arrived at the Cleveland airport at 6:30am on March 24 for our 8am American Airlines flight and were not allowed to travel because both airline tickets were issued in James Barrows'...
