Resolved: Missed Cookies

Initially, I could not reach anyone at Figi's who would help me. I even asked the order desk to have someone call me, but they told me no one can call out on their phones. People can only call in. Amazing! I will not deal with them again. Update by user Dec 24, 2018 This was actually resolved. FedEx got the package in time for Christmas. It would have been so much easier if Figi's would have spoken to me when I called them. They would not answer me and kept putting me on hold. I finally gave up. So there was no loss, just a lot of angst with this company . Original review posted by user Dec 19, 2018 I ordered the two pound cookie tin on December 8 to be shipped to Colorado as a gift. They were to arrive before Christmas. The order wasn't shipped until December 18. Today I tracked the order on Fed Ex. They expect the package to be at the destination on December 26. This is very poor service on Figi's part. I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas. What's with the delivery date of the day after? I've tried to call them, but no one in their office will help. I've since given up. Too many problems with them. For one thing I never got an e-mail confirmation on my order. I called them two different times to get the order number before I got my order with the correct information. I just never will order from them again. There's too many good vendors out there. They seem to be beset with problems. Beware of Figi's.
