Update by user Sep 19, 2015 All is good. I was upset but I am going to try again. Each business has their own way of conducting business. I felt bad writing the post because I can't criticize a business for doing what they are told. Original review posted by user Sep 18, 2015 By recommendation of someone who had worst credit then mine I went to Lafferty Cheverlot. I picked out a truck but decided to go with something of lesser value to make the loan approval a little easier. Nothing could be done on the night that I went because they were closing but I waited the next day and had to even go there to find out what was going on. I get a call and don't get left a message. I call back only to find out I was denied. Even though someone with worst credit then I got approved! I also am receiving a nice sum of money in 30 days and was going to put that toward the truck. Not sure if the bank was told that, but I guess their analysis didn't think I was a good liability. The sales person called and just left it at oh well, instead of trying other banks. I am a person with a chronic illness and need a reliable car for many reasons and I'm sorry I went to this dealership. I'm wondering if the fact that I went from a $29,927 truck to two other trucks worth less if that was the problem! But needless to say to just give up and drop me is not acceptable and a complete turnoff besides the fact that they gave hope. But oh come back when you have that big down payment! Very disgusted, stressed and in tears. I'm tired of being screwed because I'm a woman at these dealerships.
