Resolved: Item ordered was out of stock, not offering refund or simple way to reorder comparable item

Update by user Nov 04, 2018 My Chic Closet never resolved the issue. They didn’t reply after the two redundant email responses. We had to ask our bank to reverse the charge. Original review posted by user Oct 05, 2018 My 13 year-old-daughter ordered a shirt from Chic Look Closet. After a couple weeks she emailed customer service to see why it hadn't arrived. We received a poorly written response saying the item was out of stock and to order a similar priced item instead. However, she was given no instructions on how to apply the $36 credit to a new item. And, my daughter doesn't see another item that she desires from the company. We want a refund so I sent an email asking about it and got the exact same email, same typos and everything, that had been sent to my daughter telling us to choose another similar priced item but no further instructions. Would love a phone number to speak with a human but that's apparently not an option either.
