Resolved: Item is NOT as described

1

Update by user Nov 13, 2020 I had to file a claim through PayPal to get my money back, otherwise they'd still be heckling me with BS coupons and tiny percent refunds (5% partials) instead of owning up to the FULL refund I deserved.. Original review posted by user Oct 14, 2020 I saw an ad on Instagram for a realistic robotic dog that was shown frolicking and interacting with a person just like a real dog would. It was described as having a flexible inner skeleton which allowed for greater movement, and sensors that react to the user. The dog I received was nothing more than a regular soft plush toy with NO MOVEMENT at all! Worst yet, they REFUSE to take the item back after advertising full money-back guarantee. And try to offer a coupon for you next purchase instead of a refund. User's recommendation: Do NOT BUY from this lying scammer.
