Resolved: Item didnt receive and Buyma didnt response

Update by user Mar 10, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The item is refunded but I was totally not happy about their handling procedure. The seller keep waiting for Buyma’s release on the shipping invoice but there is no response from them. Finally the purchase has to be cancelled automatically after a default period.. Original review posted by user Feb 08, 2021 I have ordered an item but Buyma didnt delivered the item, they keep asking me to wait in the first email but didnt response anymore after the first email. It has now been 18 days and i want to get a full refund! I dont want to keep waiting anymore. It is ridiculous and a terrible shopping experience with Buyma!!!! User's recommendation: Never buy on buyma.
