Original review posted by user Jan 14, 2021 I have created several photo books through Shutterfly and this is the first to have issues. A handful of images were enlarged and cropped after I sent in the files, and 3 images (not enlarged or cropped) simply moved together overlapping and then leaving a large space. This was a gift and I'd like to bring a new one, but need to know why this happened. Very disappointed I can't simply send and email with photos of the issues for them to see.
