Update by user Nov 03, 2019 I had to fight with them to re-apply the money that they stole from my account to the amount of the lease. Once that was done, I paid off the lease immediately. DO NOT USE!!! They are absolutely unfair. Original review posted by user Oct 04, 2019 I would honestly be understating the severity of their ability. I called to pay off the account. That they are charging me literally a payment every day for on MY credit card. I just want it done. Because the account is in my wife's name, they would not give me any information. I dont NEED any information, I have what I need. I need to pay it off. So that I don't bore anyone with a timeline, or gross details. The summary is: I was Hung up on Call back - Same rep laughed in my face when I indicated he had done that Refused a manager - They would call back in 30 Waited 45. no call back. Called back in and took 25 minutes to get transferred to a manager Manager was not a manager. it was the same rep who had changed her name. Finally after another 15 minutes of requesting I was transferred to a supervisor. not a manager. Manager transfer refused As there is no one available. She laughed at me when I indicated that she was apparently lying She finally reached out to a Porche in the "Customer Experience Department" I am sure she was simply another "Supervisor" who yet again could NOT help me pay off the account that they are charging me for. I really should call my credit card company and call this entire transaction fraud. in short. do NOT use Tempoe
