Zero accountability by blue label who have acted dishonestly and with apparent impunity. Update by user Oct 24, 2020 Blue Label have now complete shut down my account and closed everything and basically stolen entire investment. There is no recourse no one to complaint to and no one to hold them to account. Buyers beware and do not trust this company who clearly are set up to scam people out of money and unaccountable Update by user Oct 09, 2020 Email response saying they have been auto starting Campaigns which is something I was never advised of they even did and despite my specific Repeated requests to stop launch campaigns They continued and continue to do so wasting over £2,500 of my initial investment. Updates via linked in public website and refusal to call me as requested. Lies excuses and refusal to contact me basically ignoring to my repeated attempts to raise complaints and closing down all tickets as resolved when clearly not. Eventually saying now stopped auto campaigns and two still running and will in effect lose the rest of my investment so zero balance by the end of these two campaigns the have run without my consent or agreement. Breach of contract and agreement and on short theft. Absolutely not to be trusted a lying bunch of thieves in my experience and seem to be unaccountable to anyone. Buyers beware and steer clear of this shower of charlatans And thieves Original review posted by user Sep 09, 2020 I invested in good faith in Blue Label and then BL basically ran campaigns without my consent and refused to answer the phone contact or speak with me or permit me to withdraw my investment. I asked for all campaigns to be stopped and to have a discussion or I was withdrawing my investment and I was then scammed out of the remainder of money invested £3.564 stg. They refused to answer messages or calls and would not call me back. Allegedly based in Portugal. An expensive lesson. Do not under any circumstances believe this shower of charlatans is my conclusion and my question is there any recourse to recoup this loss or raise a complaint with a financial ombudsman as I want to register a formal complaint external to Blue Labels own complaint's procedure which is non-existent.
