Update by user Apr 29, 2020 I called Easy Spirit Customer Support again. This time a different person agreed to a full refund of $108.00 without a restocking charge. I guess the problem at my first attempt to get my refund corrected was a person on the line who was not able to understand what was wrong with the original refund. Original review posted by user Apr 28, 2020 I bought 2 pairs of sandals $108.00. They were too large and were returned the next day. Today I received a refund of $32.05. Easy Spirit Customer Support gave me another $6 and some change after I complained. The person on the phone was not able to answer any questions why so little of my $108.00 was paid back. All she said was that she is sorry. WHAT A CHEAT!
