Update by user Mar 05, 2021 It just magically resolved itself on its own when i signed on today.. Original review posted by user Mar 04, 2021 I have 2 tvs. One we had to problem signing on to our current cbs access and the other tv will not allow me to sign on. It says it does not recognize my email address or password. very frustrated User's recommendation: do not email them. call them before 7 pm eastern standard time.
