I am an Air Force active duty spouse. Before singing my contract with this gym I was assured that if/when my husband received military orders I would be able to get out of my contract and cancel my membership with no penalty. Fast forward several months, my husband receives orders and we leave the city. I call to cancel my contract and am slapped with a cancellation bill of over $200. After talking to four people with billing, who all refused to help me, I am told by collections that in the fine print of my contract, they have no exceptions for cancellation even for military orders and that I should have read my contract better. If you are a military service member/spouse, do NOT join this gym. They are not military friendly.
