Update by user Apr 24, 2018 I was contacted by Sarah right after I wrote this review. She said if I take the review down they will not charge me the 200.00 cancellation fee. Also she said that it will take 20 days for the accounting department to email the financial company of my cancellation. I spoke to Sarah on March 27 about this cancellation and I am still waiting for this process to take place. I can’t remove this review but I can provide details of my discussion with Miss Sarah. Original review posted by user Apr 24, 2018 I cancelled a procedure. I used their financing. Big mistake! I cancelled within the 5 day cooling off period. I was told everything was taken care of. No worries. Just email Sarah. Well i was told there was a 250.00 cancellation fee which i agreed to. Sarah eventually after a few weeks told me that they reduced the cancellation fee to 200.00. I am still waiting for accounting to email the finance company to stop the payment on my visa. This still has not been done!!!! This is a disguising company.
