We purchased a 16x20 frame for a family picture. Dustin was an above and beyond his customer service. I worked in retail for 26 years and he was amazing. He not only trim down our photo for the picture frame we picked out he offered to put it together so when we got home all we had to do was hang it He not only trim down our photo for the picture frame we picked out he offered to put it together so when we got home all we had to do was hang it . My mother turned 90 on October 10 she was with me and picked out the frame she was so thrilled with the whole purchase and the customer service. I will totally go back and I will ask for Dustin these are the associates you need to keep in acknowledge their good work and good customer service. Thats why people come back.
