We apologize for making you wait so long for an answer. Unfortunately we no longer offer services in your area, but no worries you balance will be paid out in full. Please provide a routing number and an account number for your checking account so we can send the remaining funds from your balance. Or if you prefer we can also send it by bitcoin if you will provide us with an address. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Have a great day! If they get enough complaints, they will do something about these people. I've also learned from personal experience that they don't like this kind of attention. When I had a dispute over my wagering amount after hitting a $2200 jackpot in bingo, I casually mentioned that my kid brother is a retired US Marshal. They immediately said "nevermind, you can withdraw your money." The more people that complain, the greater the likelihood that something will happen. Use the link at the top.
