Update by user Nov 09, 2018 They have resolved the issue to my satisfaction.I'm satisfied now with the customer service provided. Original review posted by user Jul 16, 2018 They take your money but didn’t fulfill promises. I learned they don’t have any contract with any hotels but getting money from companies for advertise on hotels map after that if they can not bring maps on hotels you can not do anything,they never make you refund, costumer service never care your problem. Totally money and time loss.
