Update by user Jul 01, 2018 After 62 days I received my refund. Original review posted by user Jun 01, 2018 When I moved from the rent house to my own house, I had VYVE broadband. I took the modem to them on March 30 and on the following few days another payment was taken out for the month of April. I called, they confirmed they owed a refund, meanwhile I had to pay for stop payment on it plus what they took.. I waited a couple of weeks, I called, nothing. Finally someone said it was their "POLICY" to wait 60-90 days to refund your money. In the interim, I have established a reference number with the FCC for a formal complaint. I have been writing them weekly. And weekly I get another story from Vyve - lost in mail or on the way etc. I did so again this morning and finally, at 61 days, they were able to have me drive over there and pick up my measly check. Keep this in mind when you close your accounts.
