Resolved: Fake product – nonrefundable

Update by user May 28, 2020 Company fixed issue and I have been provided with full refund Original review posted by user May 27, 2020 Bought face masks sold and shipped by Newegg on Newegg.com. The middle layer is very stiff and not the material used for face masks. The product failed the mask tests. The product is non-refundable but Newegg put fake information in there about the filtration efficiency etc, and I bought it because I trusted Newegg. I need my money back.
