Update by user Dec 04, 2019 Called Customer Service again. Got a great rep - Jaquana - that took care of the invalid gift cards within an hour. She is the definition of customer service! She called me three times within that hour to give me updates. A few hours later another person called to make sure the issue was resolved. Original review posted by user Dec 04, 2019 I redeemed my reward and received the gift cards for Pottery Barn Teen from InComm. The cards do NOT work as they are not valid (per PBT). InComm Customer Service said that they are the intermediary and cannot help me.
