The people this company hires are scary people. The driver pounded on my front door and rang my door bell like 30 times in 15 seconds I'm assuming b/c its hot outside. Scared the crap out of everyone in the house. Saw the uniform so answered the door and thought I was in the middle of a street fight. Called to complain and the manager dismissed it as my fault. This is what you get with the cheapest bidder. I would pay a little more and go with another company next time. A few dollars more goes a long way in the service industry. You should not feel like your house is getting broken into when you schedule a pickup.
