Very pleased with their responsiveness and would consider doing business with them again. Original review posted by user Aug 23, 2019 Ordered two custom couch throw pillows. Great fabric, less than subpar workmanship and quality. Each pillow should have 4 corners. Each has two reasonable attempts as corners, but the other two - on each pillow -- are squished mismatches. Nothing like a pointed corner, nothing like a rectangle, just a mass of fabric sewn together. And one of the pillows even had the item tag and the plastic strip that attached it to the pillow sewn right into the seam. Impossible to remove without cutting the stitching on the pillow. Because they were custom ordered, I was told there is no recourse... Other than to try ordering them again. Ha! That won't be happening.
