Original review posted by user Jul 26, 2018 We contracted ClosetWorld to do custom closets for our new home we were building that would be ready in 5 months. They asked for a 50% deposit up front but 20% was written on the contract. Unfortunately due to a job loss we had to walk away from the house and ClosetWorld refuses to refund the 50%. They said they will refund 20%. They have a persnickety manager named Greg who sounds about 90 years old and has no sympathy whatsoever. I asked him to put all my wood on a truck, since he won't give back my money. He refused. I think their tactics are very deceptive and they only give you 3 days to cancel. I was cancelling over a month before install, so nothing had even been done yet. They had not even done the final measure.
