Update by user Mar 25, 2020 I did call the Wall Street Journal again on Monday 24 Feb 20. I spoke with the Manager whom told me that I would be receiving my refund in 5-7 days after that conversation. Well the great news was that I received my refund the very next day!!! I did mention as you said...
