Resolved: Don’t even think about Smart Start!! BEWARE!

Update by user Nov 03, 2019 After seeing this and other reviews I posted about Smart Start, a company representative reached out to me a corrected the issue for which I slammed them. All is good now. That said, I can’t wait to get this thing out of my car! Original review posted by user Oct 04, 2019 Smart Start is AWFUL! Their equipment is prone to failures and when it does good luck getting them to reimburse you for any costs associated with said failure. Their customer service is lacking, always transferring to someone else and never responding to their customers. I've had multiple issues with them and they flat out will not contact me back requiring me to waste my time contacting them. Each call averages 30-45 minutes, and I have over a dozen calls in to them. To be fair, the service facility I see for my monthly read-outs is good but they are powerless to handle any sort of administrative issues. Because it is impossible to give zero stars, I am being generous in rating Smart Start with one star.
