I"I recently bought xidax and I can tell you its awful. They messed my order up so bad I had to send the computer back it was completely missing the connections to the hard drive. I had it completely reconfigured because the man that sold it to me rushed me through the ordering process. Customer service was very uncooperative and unhelpful. The second time I received it it was missing the wifi and the screws to the cpu fan were bent. It is a horrible rush job they do and I did not get my pc ready to use until a month after i ordered it. Ericka in customer relations could not have cared less they just wanted me to get lost. They are constantly taking advantage of people and lying. Please look somewhere else to buy a computer. These companies need to go under. I hoped I helped anyone. They obviously cherry pick the reviews on their website.
